Home reservations require an initial $10,000 wire transfer payment due in 10 days. Reservations are not final until the wire transfer payment is received.

Terms and Conditions
  1. Effective Date: Your Reservation is effective when 1) you place your reservation and we receive your Reservation Payment of $10,000.
  2. Purchase Price: The estimated Purchase Price of the home, if provided, is only an estimate. You will still need to finalize options, features, and specifications, so the exact price will be confirmed once you configure your home and a Purchase Agreement is signed.
  3. Order Process: This Reservation secures your approximate priority but does not constitute the purchase or order of a home. As production nears, we will invite you to complete the configuration of your home and enter into a Purchase Agreement (and its terms) for the purchase. The Purchase Agreement will detail your final home configuration, Purchase Price, taxes, delivery charges, and other applicable fees. If you proceed, your Reservation Payment will be applied to the Purchase Price.
  4. Delivery: You understand that the home still needs to be fully specified by you and Dvele, and we cannot guarantee when your home will be delivered until a Purchase Agreement is signed.
  5. Cancellation: Until you enter into the Purchase Agreement, you may cancel your Reservation at any time with Dvele for any reason, and we will refund your Reservation Payment in full within 15 business days. We may also cancel the Reservation and refund the Reservation Payment at our discretion.
  6. Acknowledgements; Non-Transferable: You understand that we will hold your Reservation Payment in a segregated, non-interest-bearing account and it will be applied to the purchase price or refunded as per this Agreement. Your Reservation is not transferable or assignable without our prior written consent.
