Dvele is looking for a writer with a passion for design, homes, and technology to help put the vision of our brand and products into words. You would be responsible for maintaining and expanding the voice of the company, writing with vision, and bringing contextual value to every project.

Their responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Dvele is a funded startup that has developed a new, drastically faster method to build high-quality homes. Our founding team consists of three serial entrepreneurs who all have had successful prior exits.

We are already selling homes in California, Colorado as well as British Columbia, and are expanding to other locations.

Over 700,000 single family homes are built every year in the United States. A majority of these homes are built on-site in a painstaking, one to two year process that’s error prone and hasn’t change since the industrial revolution.

Dvele houses are built in a modern, state-of-the-art factory in Southern California. Homes are built in less than three months on a guaranteed fixed-price, fixed-schedule delivery. Unlike traditional pre-fab / modular homes, a Dvele house is a high quality, modern building with features that cannot be matched by traditional construction.

Responsibilities

As our VP of Sales, your main responsibilities are:

  • Expand our current sales team (two account executives)
  • Design and execute a channel partner program
  • Implement overall sales strategy and sales organisation
  • Drive revenue and build nation-wide team to scale Dvele

Over the past two years, we have tooled and perfected the building process and we are now ready to aggressively scale revenue.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in leadership of managing and scaling sales teams
  • Experience in designing and implementing channel partnership programs
  • VP-level experience growing employees and leaders
  • Creativity to create or deploy new sales & marketing tools from scratch & evolve them over time.
  • Driven, self-motivated, and always looking for ways to improve on our current sales & marketing efforts.
  • Ability to drive projects through to completion, cooperating and coordinating with many other groups within the company.
  • Advanced level experience with SalesForce / Hubspot / Marketo / or similar
